Nikki Warren, representing public school secondary teachers, is a high school English teacher at Hilliard Darby High School in Hilliard, OH. Warren is in her thirteenth year of teaching.

Warren holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in English Education and a Master's Degree from The Ohio State University in Educational Administration. Warren has also earned several post-Master's credits from Ohio State in Curriculum and Instruction.

She is a building union representative; serves on the district (LPDC) Professional Development Committee; Co-Chairperson for the union Community Relations Committee; member of OEA Outerbelt Council Committee, and member of the negotiations team for the Hilliard Education Association.
